Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your hoodie. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns:

30-day returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.

To start a return: Email hellosweaterweather0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions for your specific item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
